Your body deserves more.

Build strength, flexibility and body control in a calm and rewarding practice.

What is FYSM?

Structured yoga that mixes static holds, controlled movement, breath and recovery points. You start from a version that makes sense for your body, then build from there.

Strength + range

Holds and controlled transitions build strength, mobility and stability together, not stretching for stretching’s sake.

Calm + focus

Breath gives the work a rhythm and keeps your attention in your body while you move.

Challenging, not repetitive

Static and statodynamic modes keep the challenge changing without repeating the same flow forever.

Built in layers

Simpler variations come first. Range, load and complexity get added as you are ready for them.

It’s for you if:

You feel stiff and want to move better.

You want strength not just stretching.

Normal workouts bore you and you want something more varied.

You want to feel more at home in your body.

Quick answers

Which level I have to have to join?

Beginner-friendly. Every pose has a simpler version for where your strength, mobility and experience are now, and you build from there.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Flexibility is one of the things you can build here, alongside strength, control and body awareness.

Can yoga help with back pain or stiffness?

Yoga can be useful for some people with persistent low-back pain and stiffness, but this is not medical treatment. Tell me about pain or injuries before class, and get medical advice for new, severe or unexplained symptoms.

How often should a beginner practise yoga?

Two or three sessions a week is a practical starting rhythm. Consistency matters more than forcing a big schedule you will not keep.

What should I bring to my first yoga class?

Comfortable clothes, water and a mat if you have one. For My Khe Beach, bring a towel or something you do not mind putting under the mat.

Where can I practise yoga in Da Nang or online?

Free community practices are at My Khe Beach in Da Nang. Online practices run as YouTube livestreams, and private 1:1 sessions are online.

Not sure where to start?

Tell me what you want from practice (less pain, more strength, flexibility, body control, or simply a place to start) and I’ll help you with:

  • A free 30-minute online 1:1 practice

A short private session to try the method and see what feels useful.

  • A clear starting direction

What I’d actually begin with for your goals and current level.

  • Personal guidance based on your context

Suggestions shaped around your current fitness, preferences, limitations and goals, based on what you actually tell me.
